Rob was absolutely fantastic to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we wanted. If they had something that would be better or had a better durability or life expectancy he would let us know. He wasn't a pushy salesperson, he wanted to make sure that we left satisfied. I would definitely recommend him and the team at Fred's Appliance.

We were buying appliances for our new home. I was positive Fred’s would be the most competitive. I was so wrong. I bought LG products for way less than Fred’s that offered us GE to stay in our budget.
So happy I did’’t buy at Fred’s.

Recently bought a new fridge from these guys and the service was great. Good deal ,and worked around my work schedule for delivery.
Dropped off and old fridge taken away with no hassle, very professional. Will definitely be going back next appliance we need replaced.

The staff at Division Street were very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They offered their other locations to view the appliances they did not have in stock. We chose one of the recommended locations that had more options in stock so that we could make a more informed decision about our purchases. As it turned out, the salesman at the alternate location wasn’t up to speed on all of the appliance options we wanted and ended up selling us a product that would not work in our house. After a lengthy conversation with the original salesman, he fixed everything and I would go back to Fred’s Appliance again!

Looking for a new washer dryer I came across a new design that combines washers and dryers into one machine. On line the washer appeared and a chat box opened w Fred's Appliance. The chatter was Rob from the Division Street Fred's. He answered my inquires and provided additional information that helped "seal the deal" professional and courteous!

Anyone who gives this company more than 1 star has never needed service or repair. To say Freds appliance service management sucks would be a gross understatement. They do however have a great sales pitch, as we were looking for high end appliances not offered buy any local companies we could find. Fast forward 2 years and 40k later. As with many of the negative reviews, we too have been waiting for a service tech for months. I'm surprised the outfit is still in business. Owner and management will certainly run this place under.
Word of advise. Steer very clear of Fred's appliance. They suck

We had an okay experience with sales in the showroom, but buying from Fred's means that you have to work with their delivery and installation service, JJ Deliveries. For us, that was where the chaos started. We endured two separate stops by two separate delivery crews, neither of which were remotely within the delivery window. The guys who were ultimately supposed to be able to install our washer couldn't do it and left the job with my husband, who, fortunately, could do the job. Not sure what you're supposed to do if you can't install it yourself. Total nightmare. So, because we simply can't tolerate the terrible service of JJ Deliveries, we've had to decide no more Fred's for us, never again. Sorry, guys!
