Love this store location!! I had the most amazing experience with the sales associates, especially Jennifer! She gave me the most perfect color match of my life for a concealer, was super sweet and kind, and gave great advice! I felt like I was in good hands, such a pro! I agree with the other reviews— the shelves here are often poorly stocked, and the staff at this location is extremely unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend coming to this Ulta. You're better off visiting another location or trying a competitor. I really hope the manager addresses the poor customer service.

I love the manager here but some of the staff are rude! Some are great bit I see more rude and unhelpful staff at this store then all the other stores I have visited. Sherman Oaks, from my experience overall staff are great, same in 2 locations in Las Vegas also.

I love coming to this ulta. Damiana and Corey are the sweetest! I come to do my hair here and Hazel is the absolute best!! She's very sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable. She understands what I want and always executes it right on point every time! She rescued my hair from a horrible job they did at a different ulta. Definitely check her out if you want your hair done!

Err on the side of caution at this salon. The stylist pulled out most of my hair in the back of my head. The stylist was negligent and on the phone and not paying attention to my hair, while she was doing my hair. My hair has not fully grown back. I'm so annoyed. The salon referred me to their insurance company, and they stated that they would pay for my medical treatments-- they lied. They refused to pay for my medical treatment and breached our agreement. I reported them to the Department of Cosmetology. Run as far as you can from this salon.

I was at this Ulta location around the time when they closed today. I witnessed the manager, Michelle, berate her Asian employee in front of a long line of customers. The manager was extremely unhelpful to the employee, who was visibly emotional. She also cussed quietly, thinking I couldn’t hear her. Despite the obvious tension and mistreatment from her manager, the employee kept her calm and was extremely nice to me as she rang me out. I just wanted to express my discomfort at seeing such a nice employee trying her best, but treated so awfully by the Manager. This location needs to treat their employees better because if they feel comfortable treating them like this in front of customers , I can only imagine what the treatment is like behind closed doors.
