Sorry in advance if i misspelled the name wrong but Marlon was super nice and attentive! As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted and he always had a smile on his face! Very respectful guy & wonderful experience with him!

The only designer shoe I consistently wear. Visit in-person if you've never owned a pair. Ferragamo as the run large. I'm typically a 10.5 US in most shoes. However, I'm a 8.5 to 9 EE in Ferragamos. Once you know your Ferragamo size, you can then purchase online with confidence.

Customer service is horrible. Here is a tip to the service reps. When someone comes into a store to purchase item's. Don't ignore them its rude. It's never appropriate to pretend any of you can afford not to work when you depend on sales as a income. Ferragamo can afford it most likely, but no not you all and most likely none of the extra items you persuade customers to purchase in the store. Stay humble

I haven't always had a blast visiting higher end stores, especially in malls, but my visit to the store last May was certainly the most positive experience I've had thus far. Met a lovely host named James! Thats my name too! The man holding the door was named Eric! Thats my fathers name, I cannot make this up!! He offered and brought us peach cobbler which he had made the night earlier and saved in the fridge (for whom I'm not sure), it was delightful. My visit wasn't to purchase anything in the end, as I only needed a resizing, but the hospitality was special. Thank you James, Eric and the lovely sister, who sold me the belt on my first visit and was just as kind. I'll be back soon!

Worst customer service ever!!!! Made a young woman cry!! " Just google our address and mail shoes back to the store,"I just don't have time to deal with this now" Really thats how you treat your customers? No return label to send? A gift for her dad and would have been the go to gift, she will never shop there again!

Do not go this WORST store. Service is so BAD.
I am the one was been buying belts and wallets from that store.
Actually I liked to buy some wallets for gift and mine so I liked to compare design with other brands anyway I didn't buy because I felt the employee is looked down on me. He was slight me. Soso bad. Do not go this store.

Some other brands like Prada, Louis Vuitton and Burberry were so kind and friendly but the Ferragamo was not.

When people go to shopping mall it makes feel really happy but the ferragamo employee made me feels like terrible.
He was the looks like Asian man.
Two of salesman's acts reduce Ferragamo's brand value.
I will not buy anymore from that store.
And will not buy whatever if he works somewheres ever.
