I told my adopted Filipina abuela you can’t rush fresh! Made to order goodness!!! And HOLY COW was I right! The foot hit me like those semi trucks parked outside! It hit me good & hard! The food was tasty, well seasoned, mouth watering and just over all very tasty!!! We all loved it! I am Puertorican and this made me feel like I was back home on the island. Great service, kind loving people. The garlic sauce on the trifongo was superb and the beef was tender. The sopa broth was tasty and chicken was not dry and delicious! It was worth every penny.

Amplio Restaurante ubicado en Orlando Fl con especialidad en comida puertorriqueña. La comida es fresca y espectacularmente sabrosa con ese sofrito característico boricua. Excelente servicio. Fuimos lunes y el Tiempo en atendernos fue rápido, en servirnos la comida razonable.

Ate because I was hungry but food was cold and the drinks were hot! I don’t leave this review to harm the business but damn this was my experience. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience or a better suggestion to other restaurants that take pride in their service and most important food. Look closely at my Malta bottle completely dry and cant use the excuse of high volume customers because only two tables were occupied upon my arrival. And if you are a Puertorican restaurant the owner knows better that not a single restaurant in PR would allow this to happen. So tighten up. But i wont be back!

I recently visited Grillers Puerto Rico Restaurant, expecting a pleasant lunch experience! Unfortunately, what me and my husband encountered was far from satisfactory.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately met with disdain due to my casual attire. Understandably, coming straight from the park I wasn't dressed up, but I believe every customer should be treated with respect regardless of their appearance. The hostess, a lady whose attitude was nothing short of condescending, escorted me and my husband to a specific area away from all the other tables, as if to hide me from view.

When I finally received my order, the experience worsened. The rice was undercooked, hard, and barely edible, while the meat was disturbingly raw. It was clear that no care was taken in preparing my meal.

While the hostess did offer to refund my money, her demeanor suggested that she thought I was merely trying to cause trouble. I declined the refund, emphasizing that it was not about the money but about the principle. If my money was good enough for her to accept, then the least she could do was serve me properly prepared food.

The entire experience was disrespectful and disappointing. Grillers Puerto Rico Restaurant failed to provide even basic customer service and food quality, which are the cornerstones of any reputable establishment. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements. As it stands, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent dining experience.
