I was there at noon on 9/4/24, the women’s department was a complete disaster, I was tripping over clothes and hangers. I took video and took screenshots from it because I was unable to post the video.
It was so bad I simply left because the mess was overwhelming. Looks like Macy’s doesn’t have their employees organize the floors before they go home.

Great place to shop and decent selection. Lots of inventory of best selling perfumes. Just be careful of the Filipinos working loss prevention near the men’s section. They tend to follow you if you are an ethnic minority.

Had a great day shopping but the highlight of my shopping experience was being helped by Tory at Sunglass Hut in Macy's thanks for helping my hunny select the perfect pair of glasses. Your service was fantastic and you definitely made our experience amazing!!! THANK YOU AGAIN TORY!!!

We usually do not buy make up here but our experience with the associate was taken to a new level. Lucio personified the perfect customer service experience.

The good: Customer service given to a 110%. Lucio took the time to answer all of my wife's questions and showed his 12 years of make up experience.

The bad: Waiting time which I think was an isolated incident.

The ugly: None found

If you ever buy make up here, ask for Lucio and he will help you out all the way!

Always running sales and posts keep customers up to date. Online purchases easy to return and staff is always courteous and helpful. A dressing room is also located next to online pickup (Brea, CA) to accommodate online customers.

這是一個下雨的天氣，因為如此只能是室內活動了，才來到這Macy’s 逛逛，這也是第一次到訪這個地方！
寬敞空間、明亮優雅、乾淨環境⋯逛起來很舒服的！
百貨公司，無非就是食、衣、行、育、樂⋯都可以在這兒消費！逛累了想歇歇腳，還提供了多處的休息空間、沙發坐椅、小桌子，讓各位能有
短暫休息時光，當然可以買個茶飲、咖啡或甜點，來個更悠閒打發時間也行，沒人會趕！（打烊是一定要走啦）
值得一提的是，有個咖啡吧的服務員們很友善！（The coffee bean & Tea leaf)，當時正巧口渴的很，向他們詢問了「water」，居然免費的提供給了我，要求再給一次，他們還是很友善的再給一杯水，因此買了他們一杯coffee，咖啡香很濃，喝的口感很醇香，價錢公道，他們給了一個有溫度的價值和愉快的經驗。
如果再來此地，肯定會再次向他們購買咖啡！
