They have a lot of niche perfumes. Great selection. Staff can be more welcoming. At first, they seemed uninterested but when they realized I'm serious she became more engaged and showed me other fragrances.

Huge selection of women and men colognes and perfumes. They also have oil based men cologne. Sales associate was very knowledgeable.

Helped my sister shop her wedding perfume here. They have a wide collection of some niche perfumers such as Santa Maria Novella, that I'm not sure is available elsewhere in Zurich. Knowledgeable and patient staff, wonderful fragrance collection and a great experience!

Osswald offers a wide selection of both well known and more niche perfumes! A big plus: I had the best experience with the sales assistant! Except for the fact that she was happy to help me in English, I went with few options in mind and she made sure I was eventually happy with my choice! Easily the best costumer service I ever had in Zurich. For sure I’m going to visit Osswald again!

a wonderful perfume shop in the style of Merchant of Venice. Was absolutely pleasant, amazing service. I walked in and had absolutely no idea what I wanted to buy. But in a short time, the saleswoman found out which perfumes I liked best and brought me a sufficient selection of perfume collections. The perfume is unusual, you can’t buy something like this in any store, It’s most likely a niche perfume, and it’s worth every cent spent. Thanks a lot for great 👍 and amazing Parfum
