Don’t buy overpriced perfumes/colognes here. Look at the same prices online and save yourself over 50% there a reason they don’t do refunds. ONLY EXCHANGE. STAY AWAY. Save yourself the headache. Unless you like wasting money I saw this same cologne they have priced for $79 online for $19 just an example. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN.

FAKE!!!!!!! This place is a rip-off, they sold me a fake perfume. Paid full price and it’s not real!!!! The real one is so different, they took advantage of my mom….

Very helpful. The best deal I was able to find in IE. Galleria at Tyler was asking $15 more and Inland Center was asking $10 more. Needless to say the department stores were $25 more. Great customer service. Very nice and pleasant experience. This is going to be my regular place for my colognes and my wife's perfumes.

I called many different perfume stores and so far perfume hut had the big size perfume I wanted for $20 less and many of the other stores didn’t even have that size perfume I was looking for. I called and asked for price and availability. Jennifer answered my call and was very nice and patient. When I entered their store I asked for that big size perfume and she asked If I had called about that item and she was so nice and fast in less than 5 min I was out of there . I will come back to buy more ..!!! The owner was the one who took the payment he was fast and nice as well. Thank you Jennifer Merry x mas and Happy new year !!!!

We go into a store knowing we are going to pay for an item at a profit to a store. Unfortunately, we also depend on the input and information given by the clerks. I was told a bottle of perfume went regularly for near $100, but they were selling for only $60 for a set of lotion and perfume. Of course I realize there is a markup involved, that's business... But after I stepped out, I checked the price of this product... The average retail price across the board averaged at $20. She lied to my face. This was no small markup.
When I asked for a refund, they said exchange only. They had a small sign set in a corner, unlikely to be noticed. Fine... But the smug attitude of the clerks caused them to lose another sale of $200 due to the way they were treating me. Other customers walked out and thanked me for saying something.
When I called to say I would be back the next day to share this information with anyone willing to listen, I was told they would "have the police lock my fat ass up."
This is not how a business should be run. Yes, buyer beware... But hell... Whatever happened to honest business practices?

I went to perfume hut expecting to buy the real deal, and I ended up getting a fake perfume ?, I told them what I wanted, and they had it in the store so I bought it, and I went home to later realize it was FAKE, this is not ACCEPTABLE, I went back to the store asking for a refund, and they denied, they later told me that the perfume brand changed since Covid, WHICH IS A LIE, because the bottle has never changed, I am so mad ?, BE CAREFUL OF THIS STORE, THEY DID REALLY GOOD ON TRYING TO MAKE THIS PRODUCT LOOK REAL, I could have gone to Macys to buy the real one for 10$ more The product I bought was the Christian Dior perfume.

The seller was more interested on her cellphone than to sell me any cologn.. i was prepared to purchase a few bottles for gifts however i got zero feedback from seller.
I ended up going to macys to purchase 5 bottles of cologne.... you guys suck!!

Lots of variety of perfume. Only bad thing is the guy is a rip off. Wouldn’t recommend unless you do your research on the brands before hand so you don’t get ripped off
